Mel is extremely angry. When something small angers him he goes on tirades where he screams, yells, and bullies his employees. He disrespects his wife and child in front of employees and micro manages.
The boss could be pretty cool when he was in the mood. He'd take us out to lunch, happy hour, throw parties and stuff like that...even paid us for holidays.
Cons
The boss was a micro-manager. No room for advancement. Disrespectful to his employees, did not train people well, and was stuck in "old ways."
