Pros
Good pay. Residents excellent to work with. Free meals. Overall physically easy job. Very little intelligence needed as it will not be used anyway.
Cons
Micromanaging. Constant breach of rights. Overall staff fear of complaining due to team leader being the girlfriend of the executive director. No room to move up and suggestions will be mocked then management will take credit. High staff turn over rate for good reason.
