The kids are awesome and the families are involved.
Cons
One incompetent and unprofessional man took over both the principal and the head of school jobs - neither of which he was qualified to do. This happened a few years ago and the school has not been the same. Every year at least one teacher has left in the first two months of the year. Incredibly, incredibly poor management and nonexistent "training and mentorship program". So much staff drama that leaks into the workplace without fail. Do not work here.
