      Great product, difficult environment in which to work in early years

      Felt like you were doing something about the environment by promoting a product that helped in saving energy, particularly among poor people.

      Cons

      UN climate change programme was a difficult one for small companies to participate in due to the high investment costs and long wait for decisions - impacted negatively on the company in early years.

      Badly run mgmt Extremely bad DMs and middle mgmt DMs micromanage you Its a “do as I say not as I do” mentality Employees have a “cult like” mentality NB has major paranoia of corporate espionage Middle mgmt has mentality of middle school children. NB is one step away from being sent to supermarket levels DMs have antiquated views of how to manage Worst job I have ever taken
