      An incredible company that enables people to fly high

      Pros

      - Clear, transparent communication from the top all the way through the business. I have never seen anything like this and it is transformative. The standout thing for me is that it enables me to do efficient decision making at every turn, thanks to the business priorities being repeatedly and clearly communicated! - A culture where you are given full permission to own your lane and beyond, with the perfect amount of guidance from management as you carve your way through projects. - A wonderful, warm welcome from talented people. I felt so at home in very little time thanks to the great team! - Great feedback is continuously provided and received. This is so important as it means the business and its people continuously grow and just get better - endless opportunity ahead.

      Cons

      I have tried really hard to think of something to write here. At the risk of sounding inauthentic (rather than just being excited and grateful to be here), I have nothing but amazing words to say about this company.

      Cons

      Not really applicable. There’s always something meaningful to do in a scale-up so growing extra hands to achieve everything you want to would have been nice.
