Pros

* Inspirational and passionate leadership team * A wonderful team who are deeply passionate about their field and driving impact for the planet * Incredible technology recognised globally * Friendly and open culture * Exciting work that will challenge you every day - never a dull day!

Cons

Not really applicable. There’s always something meaningful to do in a scale-up so growing extra hands to achieve everything you want to would have been nice.

Pros

co-workers and the facilities are nice

Cons

management is bad and they do not treat staff well. They try to cover up how bad it is but you see through it early on. Seems like they don't know what they are doing as things are always being "restructured".

Pros

Fascinating subject area Good work life balance Mission driven

Cons

Mass influx of hires (maybe 20% of corporate team) from CEOs previous company, which is from a completely different sector, is bad for culture, morale, and probably performance. Its hard for all climate and nature-tech companies at the moment. It felt particularly hard for NatureMetrics, who lack clear focus and direction. Major decisions are made in management siloes with insufficient influence from the wider team and, critically, insufficient market and customer insight.
