Pros
- Some great colleagues - Nice location for the office - Possible hybrid remote work - Note that Naty has a new managment as of jan 2023, and this review is for the new managment
Cons
- Horrible work environment, completely unrealistic expectations and unclear instructions causing a lot of unpaid overtime for some of the employees and a toxic work culture. - A few of the managers were very toxic and mean (and one was even known for acting inappropriately, but has hopefully retired now). - Low employee retention, you'll probably see how many job posts they have posted, and there are only 15-20 employees. - Like to hired "their people", sometimes instead of promoting internally, and you can tell. - Don't like to offer competitive wages, even questioned why someone was paid so much (it wasn't even that much). - CEO and CMO are close friends.
