      Pros

      More interesting areas of EMS to experience. Allows medics to work off of the unit Calm office environment Good for school schedules.

      Cons

      Severely understaffed. Managers have no true autonomy to make decisions. Staff are underpaid. Employees are led to believe that they will be paid more once "more contracts" are acquired, and then never followed through with. Salary employees are exploited in regards to their time. They are led to believe that salary is a requirement of a position when it is simply to get more hours of coverage from these individuals. Clients acquired are oversold/under-delivered to. Benefits are non-existent/poor. PTO accrual is less than 5 hours per month. Terrible culture, no sense of team approach.

      On Mondays, you get free lunch.

      Cons

      This company is very poorly managed, you hardly ever get breaks or time to even go use the restroom. The company only cares that you keep the queue empty but does nothing to motivate their employees to get through the day. You often will eat nothing because only the managers get breaks often. Overall the work environment is terrible and I would stay away.
