Navenio is riddled with culture problems that are so large, that no one seems to know (or care) how to fix them. The sense of shared apathy within the company is unnerving. It seems Navenio "Keep calm and carry on", regardless of how poorly they are doing. No career progression, no pay increase since I was there, not a single bonus due to poor sales. Pathetic management and leadership. Lack of empathy from technical leaders or management. Decaying tech stack. They have made huge cutbacks due to not generating enough revenue and have made over half the staff redundant, now some of the people who remain are toxic, miserable, and have extremely poor interpersonal team skills. The culture is non existent; no planned social meet ups, no actual physical office anymore (because they spent way too much runway on a real one that people rarely used). The sales team cant seem to actually sell the product, nor do they seem to know how it even works!? Poor project planning and management from day one, progressively cutting more corners every step of the way. Lack of users and revenue. Siloed team knowledge, and poor communication between teams (or the desire to) has led to huge inefficiencies within the company. Lack of accountability across the company.

- Engineers are treated like a necessary evil by senior management team (which feels out of place for a company that produces and sells software), - It feels like senior management team doesn't know where to push the company and just makes random decisions, praying they would work, - There are probably more managers and head of somethings than people that actually produce outcomes, - The communication between senior management team and the rest of the company is nonexistent, - Engineers are underpaid and underappreciated, and hiring the VP of Engineering was a mistake.
