Pros
Navig8 is a good company, But codeblaze is not. Company is running on random management decisions. No proper business processes and pipelines.
Cons
Working at Codeblaze feels good at the beginning, but slowly managment and other people reveal there true colors, Management has a Hire and Fire policy. They will decide to fire you on random comments coming from random people. There is no clear roadmap on the projects random tasks will be given on whatsapp, they don't have agile policy neither in business proposition nor in their projects.
