- fun coworkers - location - free parking (admin only)

Cons

- toxic executive leadership team - no measurable impact/ goals to work toward - everyone is winging it - poorly planned, unclear roles this place has a serious problem with leadership who have their own agendas, don't get along, and are ego-maniacs. as a result, navy pier struggles to retain great talent with potential to help drive revenue. it's a cool job temporarily but be ready to start applying a few months in.
