> Learn tools and tech which most other places just use as buzzwords or promotions > Zero biases for scores, brand names, ethnicity or gender > Get included in all product, business discussions > Allowed to participate in all verticals of business, engg > No Bureaucracy or politics > Appreciation for work delivered well

> High quality expectations at times even at cost of basic quantity > Sometimes learning high end tech quickly is pressuring > Freedom given to employees who cant handle it

Toxic Work Culture!!!

Definitely there will be lots on hands on experience , free to trail and error things! ONLY FOR FULL TIMERS - NOT FOR INTERNS

Cons

Interns are expected to work from 9 to 8 , 11 hrs daily and 6 days a week (monday to Saturday)there will be no respect given to you if you are an intern at navigus. in the morning if you reach little late i mean 9'5 also half day salary will be detected.. You cant take breaks other than lunch break as managers will be strict on that always.... In simple basically you will be treated as a slave!! And mainly there are lots of micro management inside the company as the CEO doesn't stays inhouse . And worst part is interns does more and efficient works for 5 times cheaper than a full time employee thats called navigus strategy!!!!!
