      A lot of asks with no job security

      I loved organizing. I loved my team. I loved some of the amazing properties we got to work in.

      Cons

      Scheduling was a nightmare. If a client wanted to cancel or book a job the night before, then you were canceled or booked the night before and expected to be ok with it. You were expected to have open availability but with no guarantee of work or consistency.

      Get to organize really nice houses and fun projects

      Cons

      REALLY inconsistent hours… like 3 days of work a month inconsistent. At one point it was not even a part time job, but then you are basically on call and can be canceled on the night before. The women I worked with were really nasty & vicious… Super opinionated, gossipy & lots of drama. Total nightmare!
