For employees who find it challenging to concentrate at home, having the option to work from the office is indeed a valuable perk.
Cons
Despite the advantages of working from the office, there are noteworthy concerns about inequality that need to be addressed. Some team members are still compelled to work from home, which creates a disparity in working conditions. This inconsistency in remote work policies has led to a sense of inequality among team members. Moreover, People who are staying near to the office are working from home where as people like who are from distant locations are forced to work from office and our delivery manager threatens us that he will remove us from the project if we do not come to office.
