Pros

Work with innovative brands and feel like you’re building something

Cons

At one point, this company did seem to really care about people but now it as devolved into a nightmare (and that’s not an exaggeration). Scapegoating, gaslighting, harassment, all are commonplace under leadership. If you go to HR your messages either go unanswered or minimized and chances are you are going to be in more hot water after trying to report an incident than you were dealing with it on your own. The company is churning through employees due to understaffed and overworked stores and there are people in management who actively sow discord, conflict, and lies in order to get people they dislike pushed out of the company. The negative reviews on this site may seem farfetched but they are 100% true.

Pros

Health benefits, work life balance

Cons

Senior leadership is very weak. They pretend to care about diversity but there is none in leadership positions. This company has potential but it's run by people who have almost zero retail experience and no business understanding.
