Pros
I believe that they really care about their mission, and there are a lot of really motivated and passionate people that work there.
Cons
As a staff person contracted outside of the Lowell office, I feel that there is not a lot of upward mobility. These are grant-funded positions, so there's also not a lot of job stability. The HR Team is nice enough, but I've seen them make mistakes in their handling of staffing issues.
