Fair pay, nice lunch room

Cons

Weak and inexperienced management that doesn’t want to acknowledge or take action against misogynic behaviour in the workplace, which is ironic due to the fact that they are a fashion company for young females. I would not recomend females to work here because of the toxic culture.

Cons

Extreme workload. Stressed employees. No leadership. No longterm focus. Only focus on shortterm growth at all cost. Low salariy.
