The current management has no sense of the actual market and customer needs. Just AI about everything. No psychological safety for disagreement, even when it is stated otherwise. Horrible culture of politics and backstabbing. No real mission except doing more money and no true customer first attitude which is odd as some of the brands are case examples of how to take care of customer success in long term.

Current leadership has introduced too many new initiatives with no clear results. There is no investment in people and are undermining the hardwork of people in their brands. They are doomed for gloom with their current strategy if they do not value their core business. It looks like executive team is only after their own bonuses as their strategy seams to be short term only and will take an exit when reality of their decision making becomes visible to the markets. This might be too late as they would have run down their brands to the ground by then
