Leadership lacks any meaningful vision for the future. Management includes liars who avoid accountability and refuse to address problems openly. Feedback is dismissive and worthless — “this is not good” is the usual extent, with no guidance or support. Strategy is openly questioned even by people who have done nothing for innovation for 10+ years. Market share is declining from a weak 8%, with no plan to stop the slide. Communication is inconsistent and panders to C-level executives rather than being truthful. “Efficiency” means firing people after implementing technology, not actually improving how the company works.
