Change in workload over time without extra compensation. Tools provided not living up to certain standards. Tool provided but not given enough time to use them. Stressfully deadlines that at times are impossible to meet (customer delivery interval being before the planned ETA that is already optimistic) Promises of benefits not delivered No influence on routines that could make the job better, while promised. Responsible for mistakes done in other parts of the company chain, ie warehouse packing, without adjustment in time to fix said mistakes. At times dangerous work conditions at the warehouse/on the road. Duel mandate that contradict each other, provide great customer experience while also not spending more than the allottet time
