Very hard-working local US staff but chaotic management at Chinese parent company hinders performance.

Well-capitalized parent company enables US subsidiary to make aggressive moves in the market. Highly motivated US sales managers.
Cons
Management churn (staff turnover) on the Chinese side makes communication with overseas HQ very difficult. Lack of clear directives and objectives from top management.
