Hands down the worst work environment I have ever expereinced. The "National Sales Director" is completely incompetent, a total micro manager, an erogant person, and an a genuine jerk. The expectations are extraordinary and unrealistic. The work/life balance is completely out of whack and the expectation is that you do what they say, when they say it. Very aggressive and abrasive culture that is "rooted in empathy" LOL! Very poorly micormanaged operation. Little to no product training with the expectation you will teach yourself and then are belitted when you have a question. The philosophy at the company is get the business at all costs. Lie, cheat, steal as long as you get the PO. The expectation is that you give your life to this company and ask no questions.

This company has an excessive micromanagement culture. They hire experienced professionals but constantly pressure them to meet unrealistic targets. There is a lack of proper training, and insufficient time is given to adequately qualify potential accounts. As a result, employees are often pushed to exaggerate or misrepresent opportunities in their pipeline. Management is ineffective, and employee turnover is extremely high.
