Managers have a tendency to be unable to control their anger and will scream at people when they are frustrated. low pay for everyone but managers mentors that don't really teach or guide you have to be a favorite in order to be selected to travel to visit client locations employees who are a little too open about drugs grind till you die kind of mentality, no work life balance absolutely no people of color or other forms of inclusivity
