Pros
Decent Salary (136k/yr), Good work-life balance, interesting work, co-workers are friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my time at NeoSoft.
Cons
I was laid off unexpectedly and with no severance. The biggest con for me is sometimes the owner of the company will ask for you to contact him or reach out to him for questions or for ideas, which is good. But the manager will tell you not to directly reach out the owner and to rather 'go thru him'. And will reprimand you for directly contacting owner. This is an uncomfortable position that no employee should be put in.
