Excellent place for those who want to build real and practical experience. Although the company has been around for 5 years, it still operates very much like a startup. Regardless of your title or level, everyone is responsible for multiple tasks, which allows you to gain extensive hands-on experience and greater maturity. You’ll develop a deep understanding of how different departments operate from a professional standpoint and learn a lot through self-driven effort
Cons
The work environment is dominated by favoritism and family connections — it feels more like a family-run company. Salaries are low compared to the market, and bonuses are poor regardless of performance, as evaluations are often predetermined. There are clear biases and a lack of job security. From a learning perspective, the organization offers no real training opportunities or certifications, and employee development is not a priority. The HR department’s presence makes little to no difference
