Pros

Not much positive to say here

Cons

One of my old colleagues here let me know that if employees leave a positive review, they'll get a raffle ticket for a $500 gift card... So yeah

Worst experience and waste of time

Pros

Some people in the company are really cool

Cons

If you were wondering why there is a sudden influx of positive reviews around the same date, it's because management offered to pay current employees to write positive reviews to cover up for them. It's not a coincidence that the positive reviews directly counteract what the negative ones say, you can take the risk and see for yourself. Not only is this a perfect example of how unethical this company is, but they know the employees need the money and will do it because they offer an almost illegally low salary. You might as well make minimum wage somewhere else or be unemployed Leadership is nothing but pro-manipulators who go after recent college graduates that don't know any better. No one respects upper management because all they do is control and micromanage for their own personal benefit of needing power, they really think their employees are stupid because they are young and in need of a job. This company takes pride in not having an HR department, ceo and other men in leadership are extremely inappropriate towards women here and don't see an issue with it or even bother to address the issues. They try to sell you on "growth" whatever that means, haven't seen anyone grow here in two years and will use the same example every time. No one has a career path because they will leave before management even comes up with a fake one for them. They've also had the same three guys leading the company since day 1, with no diversity or inclusivity in the entire company. Benefits??? There are no benefits working here, you aren't allowed to work from home even for mental health reasons or emergencies and if you're lucky enough to get an exception they will monitor you like crazy because they don't trust their employees. 10 vacation days for an entire year. horrible insurance and no 401k matching. low salary. low commission percentages. they will steal your money and laugh in your face when a serious issue comes up.

Don’t Do It

Pros

Worst job ever, and I’ve worked at some crappy places.

Cons

I don’t even know where to start. - This place will disguise their incompetence with partying, drinking, and outings - Complaints go through one ear and out the other since there’s no HR - Management has zero respect for the work you put in, and the pay is disrespectful - Rather spend millions on a new over-the-top office than pay their employees more (nobody cares about the view from the office when their fridge is empty) - Criticism is abundant, and it’s not constructive. They’d rather put you down instead of boost you up. - Don’t get me started on the inappropriateness towards women here (especially from management). If you’re a woman looking to work here, run away fast - If you were hired for a certain job, don’t be surprised if you’re moved to a different role 3 months down the road - Turnover rate is insane - The accounting department is abysmal - Health/dental/vision insurance is BAD and they only cover a small fraction of your premium - No 401k plan - There’s a reason why their new CFO and Director of Recruiting left after 4 months of employment each
