      Overflowing with opportunities A start up that is already selling product Amicable, appreciative, driven, curious, learning culture Smart, creative, determined, nice people Management is experienced, authentic, transparent, trustworthy. Underlying technology has significant opportunities to be a game changer in multiple large medical medical markets Very high "coolness" factor Smart money invested, adequately funded

      Cons are typical of start ups. The abundance of opportunity brings challenges in focus. Priorities can be dynamic, and everyone wears multiple hats, which can be inefficient.
