Not much to complain about

Second gen owner who rides in a limo with a "my way or the highway attitude" and changes the business objectives every few months depending on what book he's reading. Unfortunately, the only people who last at this company are those who keep their head down. Management has become a gaggle of yes men who can tolerate spontaneous direction changes without any measurable goals or direction.
