Pros

I learnt a lot in this company regarding research materials, types of citations and writing style for dessertations.

Cons

1. One has to finish the targeted word limit each day or will be penalised in the form of pay cut at the end of the month. To hit word limit you'll end up working for almost 12hrs including where you are staying. 2. The management openly flirts with women employees and sometimes accompany after the shift ends. Sometimes the assistant manager would stay late after everybody left just to accompany the female he has a crush on. 3. The new HR is horrendous to say the least. He will cover up his mistakes by glorifying yours and then act rudely.

Pros

Some poor pay. Good for our pocket money

Cons

Fraud company. This company takes academic assignments from foreign students. You will find lot of complaints about this company from their inhouse associates. because of poor pay and lot of salary deductions, there won't be much experienced inhouse associates capable of doing tough projects. Their own inhouse associates take simple projects. This company outsource the tough projects to the freelancers. After seeing very attactive advertisements, few freelancers join. The allocation team begs each and every freelancer to take the projects for a very very poor pay.Few projects will go to completion stage without any issues. After few projects, this company tries very hard to cheat the frelancers in many ways. There are penalties starting from 10% upto 500%. After allocating the projects, the allocators login as clients and ask the partial solution within 12 hours. If the freelancer delays the partial solution by 1-2 hours then there will be a 20% penalty. If the final solution gets delayed by 1-2 hours then there will be an another 20% penalty. After projects submission, the client may ask a small rework. There will be an another 20% penalty saying that the requirements are not met. The rework should be submitted in 2 hours. If there is a delay in submitting the rework then there will be a penalty. Like this lot of penalties ranging from 10% to 500%. After 2-3 months the admins login as clients and post messages saying that they failed in the subject. Failure penalty is 200%. Over all the freelancer may get few 100s in successful projects. The same frelancer loose lot of money in penalties. If you do some 50 projects in a month, you may get around 30000 INR after all the penalties. Lot of my friends were doing freelancing with this company. After kowing that this company is a fraud company they all left and started doing projects in freelancer.com. Some freelancers contacted the university authorities and shared their projects to them. Students who gave projects to this company got kicked out of their universities. This company is not at all good for anyone.

Pros

I had such a terrible experience at this place that it is difficult to find pros. The only good thing that happened was that I met a bunch of good people here, made some good friends (who were all equally frustrated here, and have all left, btw)

Cons

Terrible management, no clarity regarding policies, no transparency in operations. There are no fixed working hours. You're expected to work 10-12 hours per day at a ridiculous pay. You're expected to work even on your week off. Leaves are nearly impossible to get without lying about being terribly sick or deaths of family members. The management treats its in house tutors in the most horrific way possible, to say the least. You will no longer have a life if you join this company. It messed up my work life balance completely, leaving me physically and mentally exhausted. The management keeps looking for excuses to cut your pay, which is already so less that you do not feel like you're being paid at all. The workload is insane. There is no scope for personal growth either. One of my friends was not given her salary even though she worked for an entire month, and the reason stated was her unsatisfactory performance. Although she had worked day in and day out. No one is interested in listening to the problems that you might be having, either with the work, or with your superiors. All they need is production. Numbers, at the cost of everything else. Horrible place to work, to be precise.
