      - a great hard working team - flexible work hours - quality products - started as a safe fun work environment

      Cons

      - ego drives top-level decision making - c-level uses you to your potential, then disposes of you when you're no longer a star in their eyes - confrontational and mico-management

      Though intentions are good, junior/inexperienced executive and senior management with low EQ unfortunately results in reactive decision making and instability versus long term planning with a strong foundation & clear direction. - Turnover is high - Micromanagement from C-level - Inconsistent communication approach and poor change management breeds mistrust and confusion, especially for more junior staff
