      Flexible work timings. can learn as many new things as we want. Growth-oriented mindset people work together to build interesting projects. Growth centric environment rather than egocentric.

      Cons

      employees exploit flexible work hours that makes the delay in certain aspects of the projects sometimes. You get fired if there is no output in the time frame set by you during starting of the job.
