Holidays are incredibly low to begin with, and The CEO exhibits an incredibly narcissistic, aggressive "dog mentality"—barking orders, pitting people against each other, and treating professionals like property.

Interns are treated as free overtime labor. Micromanagement extends to interns — constant check-ins, criticism with no guidance. Washroom conditions are appalling for a so-called tech company. Break-time rules enforced harshly. Zero mentorship. Zero learning. Just grunt work and surveillance. Most interns from my batch left with negative impressions. Avoid this company even as a stepping stone.
