Pros

Snacks are provided, which is nice. Early leave each Friday around 3:00. Nice to bring your dog to work once a month.

Cons

Work from home privileges shouldn't be limited to having to work for 6 months. Most progressive companies let their employees work from home , at will or as needed. The company has a severe lack of progression, although upper management states change, and a company survey was given to improve the company overall. Nothing has changed. Employees talk about other employees unprofessionally to other employees, including management and owner. It is obvious who is well liked and who isn't. Compensation is lagging behind quite a bit to progressive company standards. Severe lack of appreciation for valued employees. Overall, it's not a pleasant work environment.

We would like to thank you for providing us with your feedback on how we can make NetSearch a better workplace for our team members. The leadership team would like the opportunity to discuss these concerns with you and make improvements so that you and others can have a more enjoyable and effective work environment. "Work from home privileges shouldn't be limited to having to work for 6 months..." Our goal is to provide our employees with the training, tools, and skills they need to be successful in their career at NetSearch. The majority of that training takes place in the first six months of employment. We found that team members are more successful in their careers if they are in the office environment for the first 6 months. The managers are flexible with their team members and upon request have allowed team members to work from home during the first six months. We understand that the workplace has evolved and creates the opportunity for team members to work from the comfort of their home and that is why we provide all team members with 12 work from home days a year. One of NetSearch's many strengths is the community amongst team members and how much that positively impacts the quality of service we provide our customers. The leadership team is always looking for ways to improve the in-office experience so that we can foster collaboration and community within the company. "The company has a severe lack of progression..." The leadership team welcomes feedback from team members and one method is through annual employee surveys. We take feedback seriously and set quarterly goals for the upcoming year to address everyone's concerns and provide team members with updates throughout the year. I can understand your frustration on how long visible change can take to be seen but I assure you the leadership team is working very hard to implement the company's suggestions. "Employees talk about other employees unprofessionally to other employees…" We are concerned that you have experienced this issue while working at NetSearch. One of our core values is professionalism and I would encourage you to bring these situations to a manager or HR so that they can be addressed. "Compensation is lagging behind quite to progressive company standards…" NetSearch does its very best to meet and/or exceed the industry's standard compensation. Each department has defined positions and progression plans providing team members the ability to grow their career at NetSearch. I would encourage you to discuss your concerns about compensation with your manager so they can revisit your career development plan that is discussed quarterly with all team members. We are very disappointed to hear that you are experiencing an unpleasant work environment. Our leadership team aims to provide team members with the best work environment where they can grow and be successful. The leadership team is committed to addressing your concerns and would encourage you to bring them to the attention of your manager. We look forward to improving your work experience and help you to grow your career at NetSearch.

Pros

Great training and company direction! If it weren't for my family situation I could have seen myself staying here my entire career. Endless growth opportunity if you are a hard, honest worker. Great benefits and company culture, I would go back if I could.

Cons

Company growing very fast and sometimes there are growing pains as things adjust, but that's with any successful company.
