Interesting work, but management needs serious improvement
Pros
The people here are genuinely great, talented, collaborative, and passionate about what they do. The e-learning space itself is interesting and the products have real purpose, which makes the work feel meaningful day-to-day.
Cons
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, I found the lack of structure deeply frustrating. Communication from leadership was inconsistent at best and absent at worst, decisions were made without transparency, and there was little clarity around priorities or direction. Career growth felt like an afterthought; there were no clear pathways for progression and no meaningful investment in developing senior talent. The culture, while friendly on the surface, suffers from the top down. Without strong, communicative leadership, it's difficult for any team to truly thrive.
