      No training or career advancement Efficiency and doing things properly is actively discouraged Leadership do not want to entertain ideas on improvement Leadership are toxic and passive aggressive, and speak terribly and dismissively of any staff who leave Leadership bilk billable hours and use it as their only metric of success and KPI Majority of staff are severely inexperienced and/or unqualified Huge (~100% in 2021) turnover of staff due to these issues

      Netier is unprofessional. Micromanaged. High pressure from management to meet KPI and billable hours. Working from home is highly discouraged, even when your colleagues are in different states. Management tries to run the company like a FANG company. No career progression.
