      Outside box thinking, adaptive to times and best practices, agile business strategy. Great staff, fun chill environment Great balance of work/outside life allowed by Mgmt.

      Cons

      Lack consistent treatment of employees Lack real benefits beyond medical. No formal vacation policy. No sick days (just use vacation) or get sick when you're dead Under payed Rank and File while Mgmt lives high life by all appearances. Lack of Vision on what they want to be. Is it Outsourced IT or just helpdesk, focus on smaller companies, or bigger ones?
