Pros
Opposite to what a few of former employees say. They will spend time to guide you through weekly Monday Meeting, 1on1 & Friday Closing. They spent also money to train people in Sales and Project Management, not to mention several fully-paid trips to Germany for the kick off and summer mind camp. Very transparent and acknowledge your efforts through recognition during closing meetings. That's why more than 90% of the employees lasted for almost a year.
Cons
Entrusted and promoted some "senior" managers way too early who created a toxic environment when the Management is not present in the office specially when the crisis start hitting

- you get fair and straight feedback and not a soft rinsed treatment - amazing concept - good team and nice office
Cons
- bit outdated when it comes to new work but on a good way. For me thats not a dealbreaker
