The salary hike is good.
Cons
No humanity. Family rule runs here. If they like you then, it's fine otherwise no. Any day can be your last day. The head HR thinks himself as the owner of the company and is a two faced person. The chairman looks for FWB and if you refuse then, he may find other ways to complete his fantasies or it's a bye-bye...

A good place for a fresher to learn & get exposure to basic legal understanding. I had a supportive team. Other cross sectional teams members are amazing.
Cons
Management never listens to the hardships of emoloyees & worst HR policies. Pay is very bad & unappreciable. Never think of appraisals.
