Pros

I struggle to think of any pros after over two years at NeuraFlash. But, if you're looking for a starting point it might work for you. If you see good reviews it's only because leadership BEGS for them at day one. Well before you're able to give a real review.

Cons

Leadership is non-existent. There is zero alignment between leadership.. If you're interested in joining a company where you are berated, cursed at, and belittled publicly by the CEO then this is the place for you. Despite repeated complaints filed with HR, the CEO treats his employees as punching bags.

Micro Management and Meetings

Pros

Pay, Benefits, Remote, and that's it.

Cons

Micro management, more meetings than development. Typically 2hrs. of meeting for less than an hour of development. You'll be assigned to 3+ projects, resulting in 4-5+ managers.

Employees in US are heard more, resource util chaos; a great stepping stone

Pros

- Variety of projects across all salesforce domain - Good learning on multiple clouds and voice bots and chat bots - Very rare bench time, which is good if you are in the early stage of your career. - Multiple projects at a time, which improves multi tasking and prioritisation - Chance to learn multiple clouds quickly in short time, improving knowledge. In my experience, within 1-1.5 years, you can have a good working understanding of service, cpq, fsl, chatbots and voice bots, which is great.

Cons

- Employees are given more than 2 projects to work on simultaneously, which not only increases workload but also related meetings, bringing your weekly forecasted work hours to atleast 50 hours in most cases, which is min 25% more than expected work hours, on weekly basis and then you are expected to work those many hours or defend your high forecast, which you are not even consulted for. - Company appreciates people working more than 40 hours on weekly basis and presenting them as examples, to make others feel they are underperforming. Not appreciable work culture. - There are literally no HR in India, meaning any issue or problem faced by any member in India, is handled by the team in US, who fails to understands the situation entirely because they do not know Indian work laws and practical challenges and definitely no discretion. - Raising work concerns or issues about any US employee raises red flag for self and work environment would become toxic enough for you to either leave or they will find a way to get rid of you. However, if it is vice versa, you are quickly given warning, may be PIP before the finally bye bye. - Only 5-10 employee from India are actually treated good by the company due to their involvement from the beginning or at the highest of the positions, for the majority others, they are just a number. There is a reason in the past few years, strength of team India is 60-70 max, whereas management commits to cross 100 mark every year. - The team and employee working in US has upper hand than employees in India in the event of any conflict or issues or decision making process. They are literally running and controlling India team from US, leaving limited growth scope. - Micro Management of resources and over involvement of COO, who in my experience and others, is partial towards employees in India. - Management in India feels the unfair treatment with their team members at times, but unfortunately they have to accept and get behind the decision made by US management. - Late night work is alright sometimes but some US managers deliberately keep late meeting for menial stuffs as per their convenience as they are busy earlier, expecting the India employees to join no matter as they believe we are outsourced. - Resource utilisation is a concern. Some employees are continuously over forecasted, over worked and are still expected to do some additional non-billed work like R&D while others have sufficient time to help but time completing trailheads.
