Pros

I have been an employee at NeuroGym for 6 months now and can honestly say I have never been happier at a company. I have worked with many companies in the past and have never been treated so kindly as I am at NeuroGym. At other companies, I have experienced a work environment where the work comes first and my well-being comes second, this is not the case with NeuroGym. NeuroGym implements everything it stands for, just being in this environment I have seen a huge positive spike in my mental and physical health. I always look forward to learning new ways how I can better treat my mind and my body. The atmosphere allows me to be myself while simultaneously growing in ways I never thought were possible. I can't imagine working anywhere else and my positive experience with the company makes me want to push myself every day to do and be better.

Cons

I cannot think of even a small one

Pros

Working at NeuroGym has provided me with the opportunity to learn an incredible amount about sales and marketing. The Executive team values leveling-up each team member by providing the support and tools needed to help us grow. The company cares about each employee's learning and development. As an employee, you receive access to all of the companies courses/trainings which is beneficial for both professionally and personally. The culture here values teamwork and collaboration, and the entire team is open-minded and very supportive of each other.

Cons

This is not a con but an important point to highlight regardless. Be aware that in an exciting company like NeuroGym, there are times that can get very busy and you'll need to put in more hours or will need to get projects done last minute. This is part of working with a growing company where there is never a dull moment and you can learn so much in very little time.
