      This place seemed so good and the company is trash

      Cons

      The management team are a bunch of big headed unorganized disoriented men who don't give two woots about their staff or clients. The people who pull 40-80 hours a week get talked to like trash and belittled. Since I have started there has been 11 people who have quit and as far as right now 7 more people are looking for employment elsewhere so if offered a job here do not take it

      Pros

      Primarily the clients-being part of a company that works hard everyday to provide a better quality of life & give hope to a population that is often forgotten and challenging to work with can be so rewarding.Administrative team are trying to make the company a better employer of choice with compensation & benefits. Smaller company has more of an interpersonal relationship with employees.

      Cons

      Disorganization, frequent compromise on quality for saving on money, everyone acts and believes to be leaders, a high level of miscommunication throughout multiple departments, the industry along with work stresses it entitles effects the mood of management in responding to request and overall attitude. Little to no festivities for employees.

      Always available overtime, great benefits

      Cons

      Unfair treatment, overworked employees, unreasonable expectations, favoritism shown. No appreciation for good work and many safety concerns. Good hardworking employees are treated like garbage while lazy employees who put others at risk get away with everything.
