Pros

…look no further. This is the place for you! Unlimited entertainment from internal drama.

Cons

False promises everywhere. CEO would say anything, and I mean anything. Occasional embarrassing public speaking from CEO. Occasional embarrassing public speaking from higher management brown-noses brown-nosing the CEO, then proceeds to get fired anyway in less than 6 months. CEO will always put a Chinese in charge because of his own language barrier (he claimed that he dropped his lawyer courses in England, obviously a lie), regardless of the person’s abilities. CEO would bond you for a year over so-called advancement classes that are clearly scam classes that are held by conmen. CEO would fire you on-the-spot if you triggered his fragile ego like a child stomping his feet and crying “I don’t want to see you anymore!” CEO has a history of firing people and telling them to leave on-the-spot itself. I could go on forever, really.

Pros

Free parking, snacks and nice office layout

Cons

Companies working method is very toxic, constantly changing everything without proper announcement and expect everyone to adapt. When unable to achieve so, then consider as "culturally unfit". Keep hiring and firing people in hopes to achieve fast results Every day working here is like your last day because you don't know when you'll be laid off

Pros

Parking is free of charge.

Cons

Everyone is forced to work in the warehouse, doing packing, regardless of their job scope as listed in the contract. Many department heads being fired overnight or let go without prior notice. Overseas offices have been downsized. There are no bonuses or increments being offered. Head of Legal in the company sends out threatening emails to force employees to undertake training courses and must sign a one-year bond involuntarily. Otherwise, they risk not receiving a bonus or increment, or worse, being fired. There is no office culture, and the environment is toxic. It's difficult to know whom to trust in the company, as colleagues may be spying or backstabbing. Management and HR have no power. The CEO acts like a dictator, making all the decisions in the company. He employs people who have more experience than him, but does not listen to their advice. The hot-tempered CEO takes opposing opinions very personally, often reacting with screaming, yelling, and tantrums when things do not go his way. He is not open to reason. There are constant dramas, creating unnecessary stress in the workplace. He shows power by firing people on the spot, without any prior notice or warning letter. You never know when is your last day.
