      Pros

      Pay and benefits. The Glassdoor website says 5 words must be included for "Pros", but sadly, I'm afraid there aren't that many pros.

      Cons

      High stress/pressure, no training, no supervision, negative/abusive co-workers tolerated. Again, this asks for a 20 word minimum, but more can't be revealed without compromising anonymity.

      Pros

      Good benefits and good compensation for a local job in IT. Nice coworkers and great office staff. Supportive when It comes to training and tools.

      Cons

      Don't bother working here unless you are a right wing die hard redneck. Promotions are few and far between and you will likely be laid off because you don't the benefit to step down to your previous job and you will be out on the street.

      Managment has micromanagement issues, if you're not the favorite, you will have to work extra hard. Small town drama.
