Pros

The employee benefits and PTO are good

Cons

Where to begin? 8/10 employees are miserable. HR is a waste of time and management is a joke. Very poor pay and raises. They do not live the values they preach.

Pros

I work in the corporate office. I have not experienced any politics in the office that has hindered my work. Low-cost benefits, generous 401k match, education reimbursement, lots of company events, food from vendors, company day offs. The company has a great mission and you actually see upper management trying to fulfill it during some major decisions. Open-door policy, and it seems like everyone really does care.

Cons

Company staff (corporate and on-site) is a little old-school and technologically unsavvy.

Pros

Great pay and benefits

Cons

Shady Human Resources and Management team. If you are not a part of their click they will cut your throat! No need in bringing anything unethical to the HR department or you will be retaliated against. High turnover rate. Upper management is prejudice with whom they would like to rent to. Violates Fair Housing Laws.
