      Pros

      Working at Nevtec has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From day one, it’s clear that the company truly lives its core values whether it’s communication, people first decision making, or the strong culture of “everyone rowing in the same direction.” The team atmosphere is genuinely one of the best parts of working here. Everyone is supportive, willing to jump in and committed to helping each other succeed.

      Cons

      We move quick and often bend over backwards for customers. This can create tenetion some times but its for the customer.

      Pros

      The leadership team really cares about both the employees and the clients. There is a strong sense of teamwork here and people are always willing to help each other. The company uses clear processes and tools that keep things organized and on track. There are real opportunities to grow as the company grows, and leadership is open about career paths. Work-life balance is respected and time off is handled fairly. The team is full of smart and friendly people who make it enjoyable to come to work.

      Cons

      Since this is a smaller and growing MSP, you sometimes have to wear more than one hat. That can be a challenge but it also gives you a chance to learn new skills. Some processes are still evolving as the company grows, so you need to be flexible and open to change.
