      Passive Aggressive & Lack of Communication

      Pros

      Benefits and perks are ok.

      Cons

      They talk so much about how they treat people fairly but it is all a facade. All they care about is their bottom line. CEO and some upper management staff are passive aggressive and blind sides employees. A lot of micromanagements and lack of communication which makes working there not fun.

      Fantastic product, some recent strong additions to partners, engaged team members (no dead weight), friendly environment, leadership that sincerely cares about employees & clients and has demonstrated real social support

      Cons

      We are remotely distributed, so only a few of us actually have met face to face; small size meant product development came up short on delivery dates; no dedicated marketing team member
