Pros
Adult Content is actually pretty interesting. Some great insight into consumer behavior in cable VOD, great research staff. Nice location in north Boulder.
Cons
Management infighting, nepotism, killed the company. I hear that under the new ownership the company is like a slowly sinking ship.

Pros
A wonderful environment to work in as your first gig. The employees and colleagues are a blast to work with. I especially enjoyed the company's ambitions to better their employees with additional education in the field.
Cons
At the time thecompany was split into two separate teams working in two different facilities. A facility for the technical and one for the creative. The company was not cohesive as a whole and there was much tension between the two teams and made the company have a segregated feel to it.
