Head office is full of toxic attitudes and people. A lot of backstabbing, mistrust and a prevalent attitude of "not my problem" etc. A lot of this stems greatly from the exec leadership, one of which tends to creates silos across the business (intentionally!) and micromanage staff, and not just their direct reports. This is the biggest contributor to one of the highest staff turnover rates I've ever experienced. This is also one of the few places still in the stone age, with no WFH arrangements and forcing people to work in a dingy warehouse office.

The Deputy CEO has masterminded the most deplorable destruction of what was once a good organisation. She has hoodwinked the Board on some journey to a fantasy land where whole teams have been stripped bare. With her deluded (or scared) soirée of yes managers, she has gone unchallenged. The result is she has devastated many talented careers and humane the treatment of clients and employees has been completely disregarded.
