      Pros

      Good job to have while in school/university. Nice customers for the most part. Good employee discount.

      Cons

      Fired some great sales associates for no good reason. Management seems to want higher sales revenues without selling products in higher demand.

      Store discount and somewhat flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Inadequate training, no breaks, no feedback on your performance (until they fire you on the spot), very cliquey and dramatic working environment amongst employees, expect to be paid late any time payday falls on the same week as a holiday, dangerous location (lots of creepy men and drug addicts).
