Despite these unwanted interactions, the harassment of female employees is allowed to continue. -Overall general fear of bringing up issues from employees to upper management due to the volatility of positions and fear of being yelled at and humiliated publicly.

In a stretch of 6 years, they churned through 4 CFOs, eventually being left without one, which is a major red flag regarding their finances. - Ancient processes that are a time suck for the design team, despite constant failed efforts to update the process. - Departmental in-fighting - Hostile ownership that has a history of making female employees uncomfortable - Disrespectful talking behind employees backs openly, and ESPECIALLY about those that have left the company. - Lack of proper resources dedicated to elevating the business model from outdated brick/mortar sales to e-commerce, putting this company severely behind the times. - Failure of management to use people to their strengths
