Talented but disillusioned teams.

Pros

Friendly and talented teams. OK office space. Fair choice of benefits offered. Burbank location quite easy to get to. There are good food trucks around the corner.

Cons

Not very progressive work culture. Poor work/life balance. We felt like we we chasing our tails most of the time, rather than confidently striding forward to produce good work that we believed in. We were followers not leaders. There is an inherent insecurity and paranoia in company culture.

good people, good location if you like the valley, good place to enter the business, good restaurant across the street, can learn a lot

Cons

limited opportunity to progress. You have to leave in order to be appreciated, established employees are entrenched many for years.

Creativity on the job is a definite plus. In addition, the job has built in social status.

Cons

Studio Pressure is the largest downfall. Many of the studio executives are neurotic.
